Tips on Searching the MIBOR Database
Begin by clicking on Find a Property.
You will be asked to select a county and then a township.

The MIBOR database available to you here on the web is usually about a week behind.

We have access to the complete database, which is updated daily and which has more complete and comprehensive home profiles, including property taxes, room sizes, types of flooring, etc.

When you find homes which interest you in your search here, mark down the 7-digit MLS Number for each. Then when you Request a Real Estate & Relocation Packet thru IndianapolisUSA, the complete profiles will be provided immediately (by email and by hard copy), along with any other requests which you may have.
